So, how would we do that? I felt like we would need to view our business in a new way.

That's where you came in. First, you did a great job of understanding the challenges facing Johnson Controls. Then, in meetings with my leadership, you did a phenomenal job of explaining the history and the philosophy behind the Navy SEALS, and relating how your Froglogic concepts could serve as the foundation for our success going forward. I can't say enough about how your messaging helped motivate my team and launch us, with great energy, into our fiscal year. You have played a significant role in helping my leaders gain the neces-sary confidence instep up and take on any business challenge - to start every day right, to work as a team, to focus on details, to take risks, etc.

Since meeting with you, my team members have, on a daily basis, been getting "wet and sandy" -- working with a new resolve - totally focused on accomplishing our mission - Ins planned, professional, and ethical way. Just like the SEALS!

Eighteen months ago, the staff of Central Public School began a journey to earn the designation of a 'world leader in staff and student wellness. As the new principal of this large elementary school, I knew that this challenge would require a special program and ensuing focus to help address the significant student needs here which Included poverty and behaviour. It was a no brainer for me to bring Froglogic to Cen-tral Public School because of the amazing results with staff and students that I helped orchestrate at my former school, East Front. Right from the onset, the goal was to begin the process of embedding the notion of wellness into our school culture through a visual model that spoke clearly to daily opportunities for excellence within Self, Others and Community. A staff Froglogic Wellness committee was formed to help plan school wide missions for Central PS stakeholders and organize regular after-school wellness activities for interested staff. Throughout this year, staff have enjoyed participating in Zumba, martial arts training, ball hockey, volleyball and a running club. As a school, our first steps were focusing on creating rigorous quality physical training opportunities for staff and students - a measure needed because of rising societal obesity rates and far too many cases of inactive adults and youth. From day one last year, Central PS students from grades 1-6 have enjoyed daily opportunities at recess time to rigorously work out with staff. Our student atten-dance at Primary and Junior recess Fro glogic has been impressive and suspension rates dropped by 50% this year because of the new reality of many previously chal-lenging students taking advantage of this support and making much better use of their free time by their commitment to being active. At the beginning of this year, the staff also committed to having a school-wide intense morning fitness blast sev-eral times a week at the beginning of the day where music and pt exercises are pumped out over the PA system to help lead a mass PT workout for all staff and stu-dents. The kids love it and student leaders now independently facilitate all aspects of that program.

In the fall of 2010, my school initiated a new leadership program under its popular Froglogic initiative called Central Spec Ops - program focused on develop-ing young leaders at the school. To date, we have over 100 students enrolled in either or JTF2, ALPHA or Ranger units. Participants receive weekly leadership training based on the Sean Covey programme Seven Habits of Highly Effective Teens. Since being physically fit also leads to mental sharpness, I have included additional physi-cal training for Spec Ops leaders as part of the preparation. These students also participate in our Froglogic Thrive Co-op program in which they have meaningful placements around Central PS such as reading to younger students, assisting with cleaning the school, helping monitor lunchrooms etc. We are very proud of our Spec Ops students with their focus and mindset towards looking beyond themselves while actively grasping the concept of our Froglogic Trident - achieving excellence within self, others and community.

As you can clearly see, Froglogic is the solution for getting staff and students fired up for life. The possibilities at your site are only limited by your imagination. Now is the time to change lives. Now is the time to embed Froglogic wellness in your workplace culture. Howls the time to make a crucial healthy living and character educaton deposit in the lives of our youth while being a viable solution for the epi-demic of unhealthy living.
